The system can be configured to automatically email reminders and documents to any of your employees for any date-related event.

Holiday & Absence Management: Carval's hugely flexible absence control module allows you to enter unlimited different absence types and to set rules and parameters for each of them. It can even cater for global or team absences. Web-based Manager Access and Employee Self-Service provide the opportunity to automate the whole holiday booking process

Recruitment Software: Carval's HR System includes a full recruitment module with all the tools you need to make light work of the recruitment process as standard. This module enables you to track potential employees from application through to employment. The details of recruited applicants can be automatically transferred to Carval's Human Resources and Payroll modules so avoiding the double entry of data.

You can log job vacancies in the system together with related information concerning qualification and skill requirements. Each applicant can be tracked through the entire recruitment process, and you can use mail merge features to produce letters covering all actions from rejection to offer.

A vacancy matching feature makes it easier for you to see how well the applicants fit the job. Once a vacancy has been filled you are able to see how much the exercise has cost.
