Unlimited Flexibility: Uniwage can handle unlimited companies, pay groups, input elements and deduction types for an unlimited number of employees paid weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly. Multiple posts are catered for with split costing and aggregation of earnings.

Electronic filing: Carval's Payroll Software supports multiple online filing forms, including statutory Year End employee documentation and In Year input and output. A unique range of error capture methods have been proven to give Carval users one of the lowest rejection rates of all software users.

Comprehensive Employee Details: Extensive information is held on each employee record, which can be displayed, amended or printed. Uniwage includes Statutory Sick, Adoption, Paternity and Maternity pay systems and can accommodate multiple Company Sickness and Maternity Schemes.

Salary Sacrifice: Uniwage gives you the flexibility to allow employees to benefit from multiple salary sacrifice schemes at any one time and enables a gross pay scheme for pension contributions made through salary sacrifice.

P11d: An integrated P11d Software module is included as standard making Company Car and Benefit details easy to maintain.

Pensions: Multiple Pension schemes per employee are catered for including Occupational Final Salary, Stakeholder Schemes, Personal Schemes, Group Personal Pensions and Local Government Pension Schemes.

Holiday & Absence Management: Uniwage is part of the Carval HR Unity Software family and whatever module you purchase you will benefit from our comprehensive Absence Control module. Entering sickness via the Absence module enables the automatic entries for SSP and Company sick pay calculation.

Zero Hours: Uniwage handles zero-hours contracted employees, and the way their holiday pay is accrued.

Public Sector Payrolls: Carval's Payroll Software is a proven solution for local authority payrolls, handling spinal column points and grades, Local Government Pension Schemes and providing links to Penserver.

Simple Input: Perhaps the most straightforward option, this feature allows you to specify up to 20 Build-to-Gross elements and creates an input screen containing your chosen elements, together with standard boxes for all statutory payments.

Flexible Input: Allows you to select from unlimited input codes and then enter appropriate hours or values against each. This gives you unlimited entry flexibility and if an Open Format Payslip is used, employees will receive a full break down on what is being paid.

Flexible Entry by Department/Cost Centre: Lets you allocate the amount of time worked to different departments.

Mass Entry: Unlimited file uploads can be accommodated whether it be from a simple spreadsheet or output from a Time and Attendance system.

Fixed Entries: Where the same build to gross elements are presented each period. Flexible Entries: Where the user is able to choose the elements of pay for each employee for each period
