Each Carval client benefits from the services of a dedicated Account Manager. While our helpdesk team are on hand to deal with day-to-day enquiries, your Account Manager is your central point of contact here at Carval. Their role is to keep the lines of communication open and to work with you to ensure that you are getting the most out of your Carval HR Unity software.

Site Visits

Your Carval Account Manager can visit your site on a regular basis completely free of charge. Their objective is to help you get the best from your system through advice and support.

Regular e-newsletters

Carval issues a monthly e-newsletter called Carval CommUnity. This provides company news, advice about getting the best from your system, access to downloads and news about new features being developed.

New features and modules

The Carval HR Unity range is constantly evolving. With each of Carval’s regular upgrades your existing solution will grow in functionality. You may also wish to benefit from additional modules as your business needs change.  Our Account Management team can discuss any features that you are not using or have not purchased so you can assess their value to you.
