Unity Online Employee Self Service is designed for use with one or more of the three core modules from the Carval HR Unity software range (HR Software, Payroll Software or Time and Attendance Software) and is also available as a smart phone app.

Employee details such as name, address, bank account and next of kin can all be managed on line, either by employees or managers, reducing administration and ensuring accuracy

Holiday booking

Employees can review the leave that they have taken, request holidays or changes to their existing holiday bookings for managers to approve or decline as appropriate.

Expense and mileage claims

Employees can submit expense and mileage claims and the system informs them whether the claims have been   approved and smoothly authorises payment via the payroll.

Timesheets and clocking

Clock-in and out using a browser or complete timesheets online and submit them for authorisation.

Manage TOIL

If your organisation operates a time off in lieu scheme then employees can make requests via Self Service for manager authorisation.
