Account management

Each Carval client benefits from the services of a dedicated Account Manager. While our helpdesk team are on hand to deal with day-to-day enquiries, your Account Manager is your central point of contact here at Carval. Their role is to keep the lines of communication open and to work with you to ensure that you are getting the best out of your software.

Implementation

In order to understand your needs we like to take the time to discuss how you work now and what changes you are hoping to make. The key to the success of any project is drawing up a mutually acceptable project plan with tasks and responsibilities delegated and measured against agreed timeframes. Carval Computing Limited offers full Prince2 project management services with a nominated point of contact being given to oversee all aspects of the project. Your project plan will include:

Maintenance and support

Carval’s helpdesk and customer support department is available from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Based near Milton Keynes, they use modern technology and dial in facilities to ensure a rapid response to client queries. Eighty-eight per cent of all support calls are cleared within one hour and our clearly defined escalation procedures ensure that we have never had a non-processed payroll.

Training

User training forms a standard part of any implementation plan, however it is equally important to ensure that new users are adequately trained as they join your team. This ensures you continue to get the most from your continually evolving system. Carval runs daily courses at Interchange Park for new and existing users alike. We can also provide on-site training.
