Carval’s helpdesk and customer support department is available from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Based near Milton Keynes, they use modern technology and dial in facilities to ensure a rapid response to client queries. Eighty-eight per cent of all support calls are cleared within one hour and our clearly defined escalation procedures ensure that we have never had a non-processed payroll.

User training forms a standard part of any implementation plan, however it is equally important to ensure that new users are adequately trained as they join your team. This ensures you continue to get the most from your continually evolving system. Carval runs daily courses at Interchange Park for new and existing users alike. We can also provide on-site training.
