



Implementing Employee Self Service enables you to devolve responsibility for everyday HR tasks, such as holiday booking and expense claims, to the front line. This frees –up valuable HR time and ensures a prompt and efficient service to employees. Links with your email system ensures that managers will know about changes or requests made in Unity Online as soon as they are made and employees know as soon as their requests have been authorised or declined.
Employees can review the leave that they have taken, request holidays or changes to their existing holiday bookings for managers to approve or decline as appropriate.
The Expenses and Mileage Claims feature in Carval’s Unity Online Self-Service module enables employees to keep on top of their expense and mileage claims. The system informs them whether the claims have been approved and smoothly authorises payment via the payroll.
Training requests and training course evaluation can be entered via Unity Online and once authorised will be written to the training database. Post-course evaluation questionnaires can also be completed online.
Employees can submit timesheets for authorisation, or managers can complete them for their team if preferred.
