Carval’s Unistaff HR Software can accommodate unlimited companies, employees, locations, departments and cost centres. Both companies and employees can be flexibly sub-grouped and a dynamic company organisation chart is available at the touch of a button.

Policies and rules

You can customise your Unistaff HR Software so it’s in line with your employment policies on every issue, for example: retirement ages, grievance rules, capability and conduct rules and much more.

Custom screens and fields

In Unistaff you can create custom screens and fields according to your needs. These can be included in custom reports and made available via Self-Service but will not be affected by future upgrades. Many of the field names or labels in Carval can also be renamed to reflect common terminology employed in your company.
