Salary and benefit details

Unistaff HR Software comes complete with an Expenses and Benefits module. So you can record not only salary details but full details of any company benefits that an employee may be entitled to and that will be included on their P11D.

Car details

This screen should be used for entering cars that are a benefit to the employee and will therefore be included on their P11D.  Details of the employee’s personal vehicle can be recorded under Personal Details.

Flexible benefits

Should you offer your employees the advantages of a flexible benefits programme then details can be recorded in Unistaff. Carval HR Unity includes a standard interface to Thomsons, the UK’s leading flexible benefits provider. Where Carval’s self-service module is used employees can choose from an interactive menu of flexible benefits and their choices can be automatically fed through to this section.

Company property

This screen can be used to keep a record of company property issued to employees.  This makes it easier for users to find out who has failed to return an item of property or who currently has a specific item of company property. When an employee is made a leaver, the information summary screen will show property issued to the leaving employee and whether or not it has been returned.
