Comprehensive employee details

Uniwage holds comprehensive details for each employee, including current and previous name, address, DOB, marital status, NI number, bank details, driving licence details and next of kin. It also includes full company, pay and contractual information.

Multi-posts

Uniwage Payroll Software can fully handle employees holding multiple posts, with split costing and aggregation of earnings. Comprehensive details of all posts held can be accessed from the employee’s record.

Company

Uniwage caters for unlimited companies, departments, cost centres and locations. For each employee the system shows at a glance, with drill down facilities, details of both their company and post. Also included is their pay grade and/or spinal column point, basic hours, shift pattern and FTE. 

Pay Details

See details of the payments the employee is entitled to, including any previous earnings and tax payments for the tax year. This includes their annual salary, how they are to be paid and in which currency, company sick pay and maternity pay scheme details, pension and salary sacrifice details.

Absence

Absence Management is standard across the Carval HR Unity range, including Uniwage Payroll Software, with a host of tools to help you manage and control every type of absence.  Users can view and amend the holiday and absence details for employees. Holiday is shown in days or hours & minutes depending on the holiday scheme. A summary of the employee’s sickness record is shown. It will show the number of days sick in the current year, holiday year or rolling year, along with a percentage of the total working days in that period. Also shown are the sickness figures since the employee started with the company, again split into actual sick days and a percentage of the total days worked since the employee joined.

Bank details

If an employee is to be paid by BACS, Autopay or Foreign (IBAN), you can specify their bank details so that pay can be paid directly into their account. It is also possible to have further bank details set up for deductions such as attachments of pay if the employees are paid by BACS.
