Carval Computing Limited work with a professional Data Centre, based in the UK, to offer clients who wish to minimise their IT footprint an affordable and secure hosting service. Payroll Service

Our affordable, efficient and accurate payroll outsourcing service is available to any organisation; you do not have to use Carval software. Carval’s payroll services guarantee compliance with legislation and simplify administrative procedures. We are affiliated to a BACS Approved Bureau and can credit your employees' payments directly into their bank accounts if you wish.

Implementation

The key to the success of any project is drawing up a mutually acceptable project plan with tasks and responsibilities delegated and measured against agreed timeframes. Carval Computing Limited offer full project management services with a nominated point of contact being given to oversee all aspects of the project.

Your Project Manager will be one of our team of consultants who are all professionally qualified in their fields and have considerable experience. Every implementation is different and your Carval Project Manager will work with a responsible person from your team to develop a realistic plan for your company. This will cover the entire implementation process and take into account your exact configuration requirements and the availability of your HR and Payroll team.

Typically the time from initial planning meeting to “going live” is around 12 weeks, allowing for 2 parallel payroll runs. This allows key members of your project team to schedule the necessary time around their other business commitments, as we will require commitment that sufficient resources will be made available within the timescales allowed.

Maintenance and Support

Carval’s Customer Support Department is based at the Interchange Business Centre in Newport Pagnell and draws upon the experience of a team of qualified HR, Payroll and IT professionals. Modern technology and dial in facilities are utilised by the support team to ensure a rapid response to client queries.

Carval’s dedicated Support Team is available to assist with customers’ difficulties between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in England and Wales. (Out of hours support contracts are available upon request.) Clients benefit from the following services:

Training

Carval has a dedicated Training Centre at the Interchange Business Centre in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire close to junction 14 of the M1.

Carval HR Unity is designed to be inherently flexible so that it can meet the needs of most organisations without the need for bespoke amendments. However Carval’s end-to-end process control means that we can deliver affordable bespoke amendments with relative ease when required.
